HOW TO PREPARE COLLAGEN


Each 10g to 120g dried collagen:

Step-by-Step:
·        Soak in water for 10 minutes. 
·        Wash with clean water and repeat up to 5 times. 
·        Soak in water again for 6 hours and replace the water every 2 hours. 
·        Collagen that has been soaked for 6 hours should be washed with clean 
      water up to 5 times. 
·        Use the right pot, heat 300ml of filtered water for every 10g. Boil until 
      all the liquid collagen to be melted. 
·         Let the collagen in the pot to cool before put into a suitable container for 
      storage in the refrigerator. 
·         Collagen may be eaten as appropriate diet. 
·         Collagen can also be used for skin beauty.

Effective time to Consume Collagen:
* 2 spoon every morning before breakfast
* 2 spoon every night before bed

  2. Hi,and blessings I was wondering why would you heat the cottonii, from my research it's a little different than the chondrus crispus which is recommended for the low heat.
